Premium Tutorial: Prehensile Tail Technique for Fursuits
This teaches you how to create the inner assembly that will give a tail the ability to be puppeted with a cord. This technique gives lots of fun, lively movement to tails and its a great feature to add even on critters that don't normally have prehensile anatomy. Its also great for making a tail that wags or curls around stuff.
The purpose of this guide is to teach how to turn a stuffed tail into a prehensile tail with the assembly technique demonstrated. This tutorial includes all the details on how to make the inner assembly to make tails able to be puppeted (plus some other fun ideas to use with this technique!. It shows diagrams where the key elements are positioned. I've been implementing it in projects since 2013 and used it all over in projects since, its such a fun feature to add. I REALLY hope you have fun adding it, even by building it in to existing tails!
